Eligibility Criteria
- The applicant must be a dependent of an active GSIS member or pensioner. This includes children of regular members, as well as the children of permanent total disability (PTD) pensioners.
- The member or pensioner should have at least 15 years of GSIS premium contributions, with updated premium payments.
