The Eisenhower Global Program 2025 is a leadership development program for mid-career professionals. The six-week program will gather people in the United States in the Spring of 2025 from all around the world. Annually, between 40 to 50 mid-career leaders from all fields around the world are selected as International Eisenhower Fellows. The objective of the program is to sharpen leadership skills and strategic thinking. The Fellowship is open to all nationals.
Participants will interact with leaders from various fields and cultures, expanding their global outlook. Eisenhower Fellowships develop global leaders to create a better world. During the fellowship, fellows will create impactful projects, build lasting partnerships with American counterparts, and leverage the extensive EF network to drive global change. Eligibility Criteria
- Nationality: Open to all countries.
- Age: Typically between 32 and 45 years old at the time of the fellowship.
- Language: Highly proficient in English.
- Maturity: Demonstrated ability to take advantage of the fellowship and represent Eisenhower Fellowships.
- Potential: Proven leadership and a strong potential for future impact.
- Global Citizenship: Preference given to candidates from countries where Eisenhower Fellowships are active.
