Another Fully Funded Summer Internship in Japan has been announced. The Applications are open to apply for the NIG Summer Internship 2025 in Japan. It is a Fully Funded Summer Internship for international students from all around the world. The Duration of the internship is approximately 41 days. The NIG Summer Internship 2025 will run from June 13– July 24, 2025. The Internship is open to Bachelor, and Master’s Students who wish to gain research experience. All Interns will conduct independent research under the mentorship at NIG. There is no application fee and NIG will cover all the expenses. At the end of the internship, participants will give presentations and will share their experiences about the NIG Internship. During the internship, participants will get the time to explore Japan, and its culture and enjoy tasty Japanese Cuisine. Eligibility Criteria

  • The Internship is open to all the Nationals.
  • There is no application fee.
  • Applicants must be interested in life sciences.
  • Applicant must be in a prefinal-year of degree program. For example:
    • In 3rd year of a 4-year bachelor’s program, in the 2nd year of a 3-year bachelor’s program, in the 4th year of a 5-year program, in the 1st year of a 2-year master’s program, or the 5th year of a 6-year program.
  • Applicants must show their interest in genetics and related fields in life sciences.
