Harpswell Leadership Residents Program 2026 in Cambodia (Fully Funded)

The applications are now open for the Harpswell Leadership Residents Program 2026. It is a Fully Funded Residency Program taking Place in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. The Duration of the Program is four Months. Candidates can stay either from May to August or from November to February. It is a Professional Development Program that aims to invite candidates from around the world to Volunteer, teach English, Mentor, and support other Cambodian Residents within Harpswell’s leadership centers in Phnom Penh. It aims to foster leadership, cross-cultural exchange, and social change. The Objective is to focus on Women’s Leadership. Responsibilities of a Fellow

At Harpswell, candidates come from different provinces and backgrounds, and a strong community of support is created through the exchange of ideas. You will do the following:

  • Teach the Harpswell Core Curriculum.
  • Weekly Discussions.
  • Help students improve their English skills through tutoring.
  • Hold regular office hours for student support.
  • Mentor students in developing their leadership abilities.
  • Connect with students and alumnae, building strong relationships.
  • Organize fun cultural activities outside the centers.

Eligibility Criteria

  • The Opportunity is open to all the Nationals.
  • Only women’s can apply.
  • You should care deeply about women’s leadership and using education to empower others.
  • A genuine interest in learning about other cultures and experiences is key.
  • Both your spoken and written English should be top-notch (teaching experience is a bonus!).
  • At least 2 years of professional experience.
  • Strong preference for teaching experience.
