MSIF McDonald Fellowship 2026 (Fully Funded)

The Applications are open to apply for the MSIF McDonald Fellowship 2026. It is a Fully Funded International Fellowship for 2 years. The Objective of the MSIF Fellowship is to work in a leading research institution outside their home country. It aims to provide an Opportunity to Early Career Researchers, enrolled in an MSc or PhD program, to conduct Research in any field relevant to multiple sclerosis (MS) for 2 years. The Fellowship can be taken in any leading University or Institute in the world. During the visit, participants either gain expertise or carry out parts of joint research projects. This will help them to gain experience, expertise, and make Networks with other experts in other countries. The fellowship is open to MSc students, PhD students, and Medical Doctors (MDs) currently working or studying in a low- or middle-income country. More details are below.

Main Objective of the MSIF McDonald Fellowship

Eligibility Criteria

  • Education: Be educated to postgraduate level (at least MSc, preferably PhD/MD) in an area relevant to multiple sclerosis.
  • Citizenship: Be citizens of a low- or middle-income country (all countries with a low, lower-middle, or upper-middle income as defined by the World Bank).
  • Current Employment/Study: You are working or studying in a low- or middle-income country.
