This is a fully funded, five to six–week exchange program supported by the U.S. Department of State and implemented by World Learning. The program aims to build lasting relationships between India, Nepal, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, and the United States. Participants will have the opportunity to develop their leadership and professional skills, build stronger connections with other professionals working for positive change, and enhance their understanding of governance and societal issues. A Two-Way Exchange Program
It operates as a two-way exchange: non-U.S. fellows will spend six weeks in the United States, gaining experience with a host organization. Following the U.S. program, American Fellows will travel to the region to conduct follow-up projects and engage in joint programming.
