The 5th edition will take place in Prague, Czech Republic, from April 27-29th, 2026. The forum aims to invite changemakers to explore the transformative role of culture in global diplomacy. Young leaders, students, artists, and diplomats will explore the intersection of culture, identity, and global governance. Hosted in the Heart of Europe, the YCDF is offering a fully funded scholarship that will cover Airfare, Accommodation, Meals, Site Visits, and a Visa invitation letter. More details are below.
