The METI Japan Internship Program (JIP) is a fully funded internship for international students to gain experience and train in Japanese companies. Foreign students are invited to apply for the METI Government of Japan Internship Program 2026, offered by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI). It is open to undergraduates and Graduate students from OECD/DAC countries. In 2026, METI will host 80 interns placed in 80 companies across Japan. (1 intern/company). IELTS is not required, and there is no application fee. The Duration of the Internship is 6 Weeks. It is one of the best Internships in Japan.
