It is a fully funded scholarship for International, Canadian, and U.S. students to pursue a Master’s or second-entry professional Undergraduate program at McGill University. Up to 30 full scholarships and 100 Entrance Awards will be given. The full scholarship covers tuition fees, monthly stipends, and airfare tickets for students outside Canada. Applicants don’t need to apply to McGill University first. You will apply first for the McCall MacBain Scholarship. Then, in October, you will apply for the eligible programs at McGill University for the Fall 2027 intake.

Eligibility Criteria for Scholarship
To be eligible for the Scholarship, you must meet ONE of the following criteria:
- You can apply if you are a student and you will be able to get your Undergraduate degree by August 2027.
- You have earned your first bachelor’s degree in the last five years.
- You earned your first bachelor’s degree more than five years ago and will be 30 years or younger in 2026.

English Language Proficiency Requirements
- TOEFL: IBT (Internet-Based Test): 86 overall, no less than 20 in each of the four components
- IELTS: A band score of 6.5 or greater.
Proof of Proficiency Not Required if:
- The mother tongue (language first learned and still used daily) is English.
- Has obtained (or is about to obtain) an undergraduate degree from Canada or the United States.
- Has lived and attended university, or been employed, for at least four consecutive years, in a country where English is the acknowledged primary language.
- Has obtained (or is about to obtain) an undergraduate or graduate degree from a recognized foreign institution where English is the language of instruction.
