Applications are now open for the Young Leaders Program 2026 in Vietnam to attend the 18th South China Sea International Conference 2026. It is a Fully Funded International Conference taking Place in Hanoi, Vietnam, from 6-8 October 2026. Candidates from around the world are eligible to apply. There is no application fee, and IELTS is also not required. The theme for the 2026 program is “Regional Cooperation and Next-Generation Solutions “. The forum gathers people from around the world to discuss and analyze key developments, geopolitics, maritime issues, and policy options related to the South China Sea. Eligibility Criteria

Nationality: Open to all Nationals.
Age: You must be between 20 and 35 years old at the start of the program.
Language: You must be fluent in English.
Background: A background in political science, international relations, international law, or other social sciences is required.
Selection: Eight Young Leaders will be selected to attend the conference.
