NUS is a top-ranked university worldwide. The university offers some exceptional scholarships for Bachelor, Master, and Ph.D. degree students. You can also directly apply for the PhD after completing undergraduate studies.

2) NTU Scholarship Singapore (Fully Funded)
Nanyang Technological University (NTU) is another leading research university. NTU is known for its focus on science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) fields.
International applicants can apply for scholarships at NTU University to study Master, PhD, or Master by Research programs. Undergraduate applicants can apply for the Nanyang President’s Graduate Scholarship.
3) SINGA Scholarship 2025
SINGA stands for the Singapore International Graduate Award (SINGA). It awards scholarships to the applicants for pursuing Master’s Leading to Ph.D. and PhD Degree Programs.
Those who have completed a bachelor’s degree can apply directly for the PhD scholarship with SINGA. The SINGA Scholarship does not require GRE / IELTS / TOEFL / SAT I & II / GATE scores.

4) Singapore A STAR Graduate Scholarship 2025
The A Start Graduate scholarship is a fully funded scholarship for the PhD or EngD applicants. This is a great opportunity that leads towards Singaporean Citizenship. After completing your studies you have to do a Job for 3 years in Singaporean-based companies.
5) Singapore A STAR ACIS Scholarship 2025 (Fully Funded)
The A Star ACIS Scholarship is fully funded in the fields of Computing and Information Science. Undergraduate students who are in their final year can apply for direct PhD.
6) Singapore International Pre-Graduate Award (SIPGA)
The Singapore International Pre Graduate Award (SIPGA) is a short-term research training program for international undergraduates and Master’s students. Applicants will receive a Monthly stipend of S$2,000. The research project duration is for two to six months.
