Discover Canada Winter Edition 2026 is an international cultural exchange program taking place in Quebec City, Canada, bringing together young leaders, students, professionals, and cultural enthusiasts from around the world. Program Experience

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Be able to communicate in English
- Have an interest in Canadian culture and history
- Be passionate about cultural exchange and international cooperation
- Be active in social, academic, professional, or community activities
- Be open to interacting with people from diverse cultural backgrounds
- Previous international travel experience is considered an advantage but is not required.
Certificate & Invitation Letter
Selected participants will receive a Cultural Ambassador Certificate after completing the program. Selected participants will also receive an official invitation letter, which may support their visa application where applicable.
Application Fee
