About the European Youth Assembly
The European Youth Assembly (EYA) 2027 is an international youth leadership and policy gathering organized by the Center for International Policy and Sustainability (CIPS).
The assembly will provide participants with opportunities to take part in panel discussions, workshops, policy dialogues, networking sessions, leadership activities, and cross-cultural exchange.
Participants can also have opportunities to contribute through delegate speaking sessions and discussions on topics including sustainability, innovation, human rights, technology, AI, international affairs, and community development.

The EYA 2027 offers 100 competitive funded or free participation opportunities, divided into three categories:
Fully Funded – 30 Seats
Selected fully funded participants will receive:

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should generally:
- Be between 17 and 47 years old
- Be from any country or nationality
- Have an interest in leadership, policy, sustainability, innovation, human rights, entrepreneurship, education, technology, community development, or related areas
- Be willing to actively participate in the Assembly
- Demonstrate motivation to learn, collaborate, and engage internationally.
