Objective 1: Learn from History

  • Study the Past: The program looks at how people in different professions—like doctors, lawyers, and journalists—behaved in Nazi Germany.
  • Focus on Choices: It’s not just a history lesson. It’s about why these individuals, who were supposed to be guided by a professional code of ethics, made choices that supported or went along with terrible things.

Objective 2: Apply it to Today

  • Face Today’s Problems: The fellowship then uses these historical examples as a starting point to help you think about big ethical challenges in your own career right now.
  • Become a Better Leader: The goal is to help you develop the skills and courage to be an ethical leader in your field, so you can make good decisions and stand up for what’s right.
