Eligibility Criteria
- Be a National of a country where the Fulbright Program is applicable.
- Select your country from here
- Must have completed a bachelor’s degree program with a good academic record.
- Satisfy the English Language requirements. Each country has set its test requirements. Some countries take TOEFL, while some opt for Duolingo.
- Do not hold U.S. citizenship; dual citizens are not eligible for the program participation.
- Additional eligibility requirements differ by country of citizenship.

Clinical requirements such as dentistry, medicine, pharmacy, and nursing can not apply.
How to Apply for the Fulbright Scholarship?
All applicants are processed by binational Fulbright Commissions/Foundations or U.S. Embassies. Foreign students must apply through the Fulbright Commissions/Foundations in their home countries.
