Global Youth Impact Summit 2026 in Portugal (GYIS)

Young leaders from around the world are invited to apply for the Global Youth Impact Summit 2026, taking place in Porto, Portugal, from September 3–6, 2026. This international youth leadership summit will bring together young leaders, changemakers, students, entrepreneurs, and innovators from around the world for a four-day experience focused on leadership, sustainable development, innovation, and cultural exchange, and hosted by the Council for Global Affairs and Development, one of Europe’s most vibrant and historic cities. Participants can apply without IELTS/TOEFL.

The Global Youth Impact Summit (GYIS) is CGAD’s flagship international youth summit designed to empower young people through leadership development, innovation, mentorship, and intercultural collaboration.

Scholarship Categories

GYIS 2026 offers multiple participation categories. One application is considered for all funded tiers.

Fully Funded Seats (25 Seats) – Application Fees: $15.99
