1) NL Scholarship 2025 by the Dutch Government
This Scholarship is Funded by the Dutch Ministry of Education, Culture and Science. For non-EEA students pursuing bachelor’s or master’s degrees at participating universities.
37 Institutes are participating in this scholarship program. You can apply to any of these universities. You have to apply directly at the participating university.

3) Maastricht University Scholarships 2025
The Maastricht University offers one of the best Fully funded scholarships to study in the Netherlands. The scholarship covers living expenses, health and liability insurance, visa application costs, tuition fees, and pre-academic training costs.

4) Leiden University Excellence Scholarship (LexS)
The Leiden University is popular in the Netherlands. The Leiden University offers a Tuition Fee scholarship for master’s degree students.
There are three available levels of awards:
- € 10,000 of the tuition fee, € 15,000 of the tuition fee, Total tuition fee minus. the statutory tuition fee

This scholarship is for the enrolled students at Leiden University. The scholarship is open to all the Nationals. Minerva Fund scholarship covers Research Costs, International travel costs, and Living costs.
10) Eric Bleumink Fund Scholarship 2025 in the Netherlands (Fully Funded)
The Scholarship covers Tuition Fees, Cost of International Travel, Subsistence (Food, Water, Shelter, Clothing), Books, and Health insurance at the University of Groningen.
