If you are from English Speaking Countries: UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, or officially Recognized English-speaking country. Then IELTS is Not Required.
Completed Previous Degree in English Language: for example, a 2-year bachelor’s degree and a 2-year master’s degree, in both the degrees English has to be the main subject.
