UNESCO World Heritage Young Professionals Forum 2024 in India (Fully Funded)

The UNESCO World Heritage Young Professionals Forum 2024 in India is a fully funded 10-day forum that will take place in New Delhi, India. The Ministry of Culture through the Archaeological Survey of India will host the Forum under the Theme of “World Heritage in the 21st Century: Building Capacities and Exploring Opportunities for Youth”. This Forum will take place from 14 to 23 July 2024 at Pt. Deendayal Upadhyaya Institute of Archaeology, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh in India.

The UNESCO World Heritage Forum is an opportunity to explore one of the oldest Indian cultures as well. The forum’s main objective is to enhance and increase the expertise of Young Professionals in protecting, preserving, and promoting natural and cultural World Heritage. They will discuss and gain in-depth knowledge about the global concepts of World Heritage and Sustainable Development. IELTS/TOEFL is not required. More details are given below.

30 Younbg Professionals from all around the world and 20 participants from the Republic of India will be selected for the World Heritage Young Professionals Forum 2024

Eligibility Criteria

  • Aged between 23 and 32 years.
  • The UNESCO World Heritage Young Professional Forum is open to all students from all around the world.
  • Experienced in one of these fields:
    • World Heritage, conservation, archaeology, architecture, conservation, urban planning & regeneration, restoration, art history, tourism, climate change, and digital technology.
  • Available for the entire duration of the Forum
  • Proficient in English, as the Forum will be conducted entirely in English.
