Internship Responsibilities
The selected intern will assist the Emergency Preparedness team by:
- Supporting functional testing of the EPP 3.0 platform
- Performing data validation and quality assurance
- Identifying and documenting software issues
- Assisting with issue tracking and platform improvements
- Providing user support and responding to platform-related queries
- Supporting webinars, training sessions, and guidance materials
- Helping improve emergency preparedness processes across UNICEF offices worldwide
Eligibility Criteria
To apply, applicants must:
- Be enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program, or
- Have graduated within the past two years
- Have 6 months to 1 year of experience in software testing, quality assurance, or data validation (internships or academic projects are acceptable)
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
