6) Asia Pacific University MEXT Scholarship 2025 in Japan

This scholarship is Funded by the Japanese Government to pursue Bachelor, Masters, and PhD programs.

7) MEXT Embassy Recommendation Scholarship for Masters, and PhD

MEXT is the largest scholarship from the Japanese Government. It is open to all the nationals of the countries that have diplomatic relations with Japan. The scholarship covers all the expenses and you can apply without IELTS.

8) MEXT Undergraduate Scholarship (Embassy Track)

Those who want to pursue a fully funded undergraduate degree program from a Japanese university can apply for the MEXT Undergraduate Scholarship Program. The scholarship will cover all the expenses and there is no application fee. No IELTS is required.

9) Honjo International Foundation Scholarship

The Honjo International Foundation Scholarship is for those students who are unable to secure a scholarship in any Japanese University. The Honjo Scholarship covers Tuition and a monthly Stipend for living expenses. To get this scholarship you need to get an acceptance into a Japanese graduate school program.

10) Joint Japan World Bank Scholarship

This is a Fully Funded Master’s Degree scholarship Jointly Funded by the World Bank and Japan for international students from a developing country. The List of the developing countries by the World Bank is listed here

11) Rotary Peace Fellowship 

The fellowship includes a master’s degree program and a Professional development certificate program—50 scholarships for master’s and 80 fellowships for short certificate programs. Students can apply for the Rotary Fellowship to pursue a master’s degree program at International Christian University.
