SINGA stands for the Singapore International Graduate Award. SINGA Scholarship is a collaboration between the Agency for Science, Technology & Research (A*STAR) and five other Top Singaporean Universities. The Scholarship is open exclusively to undertake PhD or EngD degrees from NTU, NUS, SUTD, SMU, or SIT University. It is a bond-free scholarship offered to international students. If you have completed a Bachelor’s Degree, you can directly apply for a PhD. People from all over the world can apply. SINGA covers all the expenses. GRE / IELTS / TOEFL / SAT I & II / GATE scores are not required at the time of application. The duration of the SINGA award is four years. More details are below.
