Responsibilities as a Store Manager
As a Store Manager, you are the “boss” of your own business. Your main job is to help the store sell more, lead and train your team to be their best, and make sure everything runs smoothly and looks perfect.
You will focus on making every customer happy while learning exactly what people like to buy. This hands-on experience is the best way to learn how to become a top business leader.
Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field of study.
- Language Proficiency: High level of fluency in both English and Thai (essential for store operations and corporate reporting).
- Operational Flexibility: Must be able to work flexible shifts based on the company’s schedule, including weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) and public holidays.
- Mobility: Must be willing to work at various UNIQLO store locations and be open to nationwide transfers to different branches as assigned by the company.
