The NATO Young Professionals Program (NATO YPP) is a Fully Funded entry-level program for people interested in starting their career with NATO. The program offers hands-on experience, professional development, and the chance to work at one of the world’s leading international organizations. Successful candidates will have an opportunity to work in different NATO bodies in various NATO work areas to gain experience. The Total duration of NATO’s Young Professional program is three years. Candidates will be transferred to different NATO bodies to work there for one year. NATO YPPs will also receive a competitive employee benefit package. More details are below.
