Internship Responsibilities
During the internship, participants will:
- Support hybrid, virtual, and in-person meetings
- Assist in managing SharePoint sites and digital repositories
- Support IT and audiovisual service documentation
- Help manage ICT assets such as laptops and mobile devices
- Assist in AI-enabled workplace initiatives
- Contribute to digital transformation and automation projects
- Prepare reports and presentations
- Support operational improvement activities
- Assist the Operations and Programme Management Team
Eligibility Criteria
- Open to all nationals.
- Be enrolled at a recognized university or have graduated within the last 18 months
- Have completed at least three years of full-time university studies
- Study one of the following fields:
- Information Management
- Computer Science
- Information Technology
- Data and Information Systems
- Related disciplines
- Have excellent English language skills
- German language knowledge is desirable but not mandatory
- Be familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint
- Demonstrate teamwork, communication, and organizational skills
