AYFN Summer Japan Culture Camp 2024 (Fully Funded)

The ASEAN Youth Friendship Network (AYFN) invites Youth from all over the world to apply for the Summer Japan Culture Camp 2024. Youth can apply for the scholarship to attend a fully funded summer camp in Osaka, Japan. It is a one-week Cultural exchange program and will run from 14th July to 19th July 2024. IELTS and TOEFL are not required from the participants. Those who are unable to secure the scholarship can apply for the self-funded.

AYFN is an organization based in Indonesia that focuses on creating opportunities for young people around the world to connect and exchange knowledge and cultures. They offer trips to various countries including Japan, South Korea, Indonesia, and other ASEAN nations. Students and young people from any educational field can apply. Program Benefits

Activities During the Camp

  • Cultural tour activities in Osaka, Kyoto, and Nara, whereby 3 cities are well known as the center of Japanese culture.
  • Visit interesting places in Osaka, Kyoto, and Nara.
  • Taste authentic Japanese cuisine (sushi, udon, ramen, etc)
  • Walk around the heritage area of Kyoto (Fushimi Inari Taisha, Kiyomizudera, and Yasaka Shrine).

Note: Applicants can also buy their self-funded Package starting from USD 199. The self-funded package does not include Flights, Visa processing Fees, Dinner, and personal expenses.

Eligibility Criteria

  • 17 – 35 Years old for scholarship applicants.
  • 15 – 35 Years old for self-funded applicants.
  • All nationalities are welcome to apply.
  • Be able to communicate in English.
  • Health physically and mentally.
  • Have an interest in Japanese Culture.
  • Have an interest in writing and videography
  • Interest in Social Media
