Applications are open for the Commonwealth Distance Learning Scholarship 2025/26. It is a Fully Funded Scholarship offered by the Commonwealth Scholarships Commission. The objective of the Commonwealth Distance Learning Scholarship is to allow individuals to pursue a part-time Master’s degree online from UK universities while remaining at their home universities. This will reduce the Financial burden on the students and they will get a Degree from the UK UK-recognized university. The Scholarship covers the Tuition Fees and other Study Grants if required. IELTS is not required. The applicant has to secure admission first in the approved Courses and Universities for the Commonwealth Distance Learning Scholarship. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible, applicants must:

  • Be a citizen of, or have refugee status granted by, an eligible Commonwealth country, or be a British Protected Person.
  • Be permanently resident in a developing Commonwealth country.
  • Possess a first degree with at least upper second class (2:1) honors, though a lower qualification with significant relevant experience may be considered.
  • Demonstrate an inability to fund the program without scholarship assistance.
  • The scholarships are for study beginning in September/October 2025.

How to Apply for the Commonwealth Distance Learning Scholarship 2025/26?

Applicants have to apply online, and it involves two steps. Apply for and be admitted to an approved Master’s course at a participating UK university. Submit a separate application for the scholarship via the CSC’s online system. The Link to the official website is below.
