What is the Role of FAO?
FAO Stands for the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO). It is the United Nations Department of Food. FAO aims to fight hunger worldwide and ensure that people have access to enough quality healthy food.

Eligibility Criteria
- Nationality: Candidates must be nationals of FAO Members.
- Education: Candidates with Bachelors, Masters, and PhD applicants can apply, or those who are graduated.
- The Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) only accepts applications from candidates who hold higher educational qualifications from institutions listed on the World Higher Education Database (WHED)
- Languages: IELTS is not required.
- Age: Aged between 21 and 30 at the start of their internship.
- Family relation: Candidates with family members (defined as brother, sister, mother, or father) employed by FAO under any type of contract are not eligible for the Internship Programme.
- Visa: An applicant must be able to get a Visa before traveling.
