The applications are open to apply for the Google Summer of Code 2025 (GSoC). It is an International Summer Program offered by Google. In this program, Google Awards Stipends to the contributors who completed a free and open-source software coding project. Students and new developers from around the world will work on a coding project for 12 weeks with an open-source organization under the guidance of a mentor. Each intern will receive a stipend for completing the project. The stipend is from $3000 to $6000. The stipend amount is calculated based on the intern’s location. GSoC is an activity that a participant performs as an independent developer for which they are paid a stipend. It’s a fully online program and you don’t need to Travel. Eligibility Criteria
- Age Requirement: You must be 18 years or older at the time of registration.
- Experience Level: You must be classified as a beginner in open-source software development or a student.
- Participation Limit: You can only be accepted as a GSoC contributor a maximum of one time.
- Proposal Submissions: You are allowed to submit up to three project proposals. These proposals can be sent to different organizations or multiple proposals to the same organization.
