Eligibility Criteria
- The Fellowship is open to all nationals.
- Open to Non-Russian citizenship
- Age 25-39 years old.
- Submission of a research proposal
- Candidates with a Ph.D. degree or at least 3 years of working experience in academic institutions/think tanks, or Ph.D. studies in progress, are eligible.
