It’s Official. The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has Announced Fully Funded Scholarships for 2025 intake. International students living outside the KSA can apply for the External Scholarship Programs through the Study in Saudi Arabia Platform. The Government of Saudi Arabia manages the “Study in Saudi Arabia Platform”. Applicants can apply for the Undergraduate, Master’s, and PhD Programs in Saudi Public Universities. There are approximately 50 public and private universities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and most are on board with the “Study in Saudi Arabia”. You don’t need to apply separately to a University. Submit your application for the Scholarship on the Study in Saudi Platform by selecting a desired University. There is no application fee. More details are below.

Eligibility Criteria
- Open to all nationalities.
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Must possess a valid passport with at least six months of validity remaining beyond the intended entry date.
- Must provide proof of financial capability or a financial guarantee.
- Applicants under 18 years of age must provide written approval from their guardian.
- Must submit a medical report confirming the absence of infectious diseases.
