Eligible Countries
To be eligible for the Delfina Foundation 2026 Residency Program, applicants must be citizens or long-term residents currently living and working in one of the following Southeast Asian countries:
Brunei Darussalam, Cambodia, Indonesia, Lao PDR, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, or Timor-Leste.
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must be a citizen of ONE of the above eligible countries.
- Clearly express how an international residency would benefit your career development and local networks.
- Be proficient in English.
