It is an initiative by the Malaysian Government to attract International students to pursue a Master’s, PhD Programs from the Top Malaysian Higher Educational Institutes. For the MIS Scholarship, applicants can apply without IELTS. No Application Fee, and applicants with any previous academic degree are eligible for the Malaysia International Scholarship. Applicants can apply to MIS-only selected Malaysian universities, including all 20 public universities and 4 private universities. Financial Benefits

The MIS Scholarship Covers:

  • Tuition fees for the whole scholarship
  • Monthly living allowance of RM 1,500.00 per month. Applicants can easily cover monthly expenses in Malaysia with 700 or 800 Ringgits.
