- Age Requirement for Funded Seats: Applicants must be between 16 and 46 years old to qualify for fully or partially funded categories.
- Other Participants: Individuals over 46 are welcome to participate by applying under the “Conference Pass” categories as observers, though they are ineligible for funded seats.
- Background: There are no restrictions regarding academic discipline, educational background, or professional experience.
- Target Audience: Students, entrepreneurs, activists, researchers, and early-career professionals are encouraged to apply.
- Language: A basic understanding of English is encouraged, as the conference will be conducted in English.
