What is Open Doors?
One Click to open all Doors. The Open Doors is a Russian Scholarship Project, a chance for a tuition-free studying and research career in Russia in all academic fields.
The Winners are granted free early admission at any Russian university, without entrance examinations and with tuition fees, a monthly stipend covered by the Russian Federation.
This is the seventh edition of the Open Doors Russia Scholarship project in collaboration with the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation.

How to Apply for the Open Doors Russian Government Scholarship 2025?
Step-by-Step Application Process for the Open Doors Bachelors, Masters, and PhD and Post Doctoral Track:
- Register by creating an account.
- Portfolio Filling and take the entrance test available in your account. Please attach all important documents such as papers, certificates, and awards to increase your chances of selection.
- You can not edit the Portfolio after the deadline.
- After the Result announcement of the Portfolio, winners will be invited to solve the second stage.
- After the evaluation of the second stage and interview, winners will be selected to study for free in Russia.
Selection of the Universities
If the top priority university does not offer the study program of your choice, your application will be transferred to the following university of your priority. When registering for participation, you can choose 1 to 6 universities.
