Participants will travel to Oxford and stay at the Reuters Institute in Oxford, UK. Oxford is just 1 Hour away from London. Each year, the Reuters Institute selects 30 applicants from all around the world. There is no application fee, and the Fellowship covers the participant’s Airfare, Visa Cost, and Monthly Stipend to cover Housing, Meals, and other Personal Expenses. The Objective of the Reuters Institute Fellowship is to invite Participants to explore journalism in depth. You will further understand your Journalism through Seminars, Workshops, Personal research, and discussions with other Fellows. Eligibility Criteria

  • The Fellowship is open to all the Nationals.
  • Experience: Applicants must have at least five years of professional journalism experience. Equivalent expertise may be considered in exceptional cases.
  • Field: Freelancers are welcome to apply. However, individuals employed in public affairs, public relations, or corporate communications are ineligible.
  • Global Reach: We encourage applications from journalists worldwide, including Europe, Africa, the Asia-Pacific region, North America, and Latin America.
  • English Language Proficiency is not required.
