The applications are now open for the Thailand International Postgraduate Program (TIPP) 2026. It is a fully funded scholarship for international students to pursue a Master’s degree program from the Thai universities. The TIPP scholarship is established by the Royal Thai Government. It is managed by the Thailand International Cooperation Agency (TICA) under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The scholarship covers all the expenses, and there is no application fee to apply. Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for TIPP 2026, candidates generally must meet these criteria:
