The UNIDIR is accepting applications for the UNIDIR Graduate Professional Program 2026 in Geneva, Switzerland. This six-month training program is for International candidates from around the world. The training will start on 1st December 2025. Graduates will receive a Stipend of USD 1331/Month for Living Expenses in Geneva. UNIDIR is seeking a Graduate Professional to support both internal and external communication efforts, such as content creation, digital marketing, and strategic storytelling. Responsibilities
- Manage UNIDIR’s communication strategy and editorial calendar.
- Coordinate timely website updates (events, publications, news).
- Design and execute email campaigns (newsletters and invitations).
- Copyedit and ensure adherence to brand voice for all materials.
- Provide logistical and media support (photography, videography) for event execution.

Required Skills
- Expert in digital content creation for web, email, and social media, including multimedia design (Canva, Photoshop).
- Solid skills in web and project management using WordPress, Google Analytics, and Trello.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experienced in managing competing priorities with exceptional attention to detail.

Eligibility Criteria
- The Program is open to all the Nationals.
- Must possess a university degree and be able to commence the GPP within one year of graduation.
- A post-graduate qualification in a relevant field (communication, public relations, marketing, or international relations).
- Applicants who have already earned a university degree may apply, provided they begin the UNIDIR Graduate Program within one year of their graduation date.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe InDesign.
