UM Bright Scholarship Benefits
The Sponsorship Package includes:
- Stipend: RM3,500/month for 42 months
- Tuition Fee: Fee waiver throughout 7 semesters

Eligibility Criteria
- Age should not exceed 30 years at the time of application.
- Bachelor’s Degree with CGPA >3.70 (or other recognized equivalent qualification).
- Master’s degree by research; or Master’s Degree through mixed mode (coursework and dissertation) with honors and a CGPA of at least 3.70/4.00.
- IELTS (Academic) with a score of at least 6.5.
- TOEFL 73-93
- CEFR B2
Note: The validity of the English test is within 2 years from the date of the exam.

- Completed UMES application form
- Proof of publication (first page only)
- Copy of Applicant’s Identity Card
- Copies of certificates and academic transcripts at the Bachelor’s Degree level
- Copies of certificates and academic transcripts at the Master’s Degree level
- A valid IELTS/TOEFL/CEFR certificate that is no more than 2 years from the date of the examination.
