This is your Once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to experience the Culture Camp in Japan in winter. The ASEAN Youth Friendship Network (AYFN) invites Youth from all over the world to apply for the AYFN JAPAN Winter Culture Camp 2025 in Osaka, Kyoto. Applicants can apply for the scholarship to attend a fully funded Winter camp in Tokyo, Japan. It is a 6-night Cultural exchange program from the 12th – 17th of January 2025. IELTS is not required. Those who are unable to secure the scholarship can apply for the self-funded without going through the selection process. The camp is for students, leaders, and professionals. AYFN Japan Program Benefits

Live for 6 days in Osaka, Japan
Pre-departure Japanese language class
Tour to (Fushimi Inari, Terunji Temple, Gion, Kiyomizudera, etc)
Heritage walking tour around Kyoto
Familiarization with local traditions (Food, lifestyle, Cultural activities).
Experimental learning.
E-Certificate of participation from AYFN.

Cultural tour activities

Type: Gold Scholarship (1 Seat)
Coverage:
- Flight Expenses up to USD 1,250.
- Accommodation
- Airport pick up
- Meal (4 Breakfast and 4 Lunch)
- All activities indicated on the schedule
- Money for Local transport
- E-Certificate of participation
- In-country administration costs
Type: Silver Scholarship (2 Seats)
Coverage:
- Travel Expenses up to USD 500.
- Accommodation
- Airport pick up
- Meal (4 Breakfast and 4 Lunch)
- All activities indicated on the schedule
- Money for Local transport
- E-Certificate of participation
- In-country administration costs
Type: Blue Scholarship (2 Seats)
Coverage:
- Travel Expenses up to USD 250.
- Accommodation
- Airport pick up
- Meal (4 Breakfast and 4 Lunch)
- All activities indicated on the schedule
- Money for Local transport
- E-Certificate of participation
- In-country administration costs

Note: Applicants can also buy their self-funded Package. The applicants don’t need to go through the selection process.

Eligibility Criteria

17 – 40 Years old for scholarship applicants.
All nationalities are welcome to apply.
Be able to communicate in English.
Health physically and mentally.
Have an interest in Japanese Culture.
Able to travel to Japan during the program.

250 words Motivation letter on “Why do you need this scholarship, and why they should select you?”
250 words Essay on “Why you deserve this scholarship?”. Show your interest, and motivation about Japan and how this program will help you in the future.
Proof of application fee.
All documents must be in English language.
