Intern Responsibilities
Under the Supervisor, the Intern will assist in the following duties and responsibilities:
- Work with the Gender Team to develop and implement AI-powered tools to assess public institutions’ performance on gender equality.
- Analyze discrepancies between LOLA AI’s results and human assessments (baseline & final).
- Identify areas where LOLA AI needs improvement.
- Refine instructions for LOLA AI based on the comparative analysis.
- Focus on areas where LOLA AI deviated from human assessments.
- Propose changes to LOLA’s interface for improved clarity and ease of use.
- Create briefs summarizing final assessments of public institutions.
- Develop communication materials (pitches, presentations, key messages, social media.
