The Agency for Science, Technology, and Research (A-STAR) is a Government agency in Singapore. ACIS stands for the A STAR Computing and Information Science Scholarship, which aims to attract Singaporeans and International applicants to pursue a PhD in computing and information science (CIS) areas. Eligibility Criteria
- Open to all nationals, including Singaporeans.
- Non-Singaporean applicants must have completed a degree or be on track to complete one.
- Hold at least a Second Upper-Class Honours degree (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline.
- Applicants in the final semester of their undergraduate studies are welcome to apply.
- Demonstrate a strong interest in the CIS area.
