The Applications are open to apply for the ASEF Training and Youth Summit 2025 in Denmark. The Asia-Europe Training and Youth Summit on Science and Technology Diplomacy 2025 consists of two parts. An online training program for 7 weeks, and then a 4-day conference in Copenhagen, Denmark that will take Place from 15-18 December 2025. There is no application fee, and people from Asia and Europe, aged up to 35 years old, are eligible to participate in this program. The selected applicants will receive Airfare Tickets, Accommodation, Meals, and Visa fees to attend a Youth Summit in Denmark. The objective of this program is to provide training in science, technology, and innovation-related matters, focusing on Science and Technology Diplomacy and its importance in Asia-Europe relations. Format of the Program
The Asia-Europe Training and Youth Summit on Science and Technology Diplomacy will be held from October to December 2025. The two main components are:
- Online Training: Participants will engage in virtual learning sessions focusing on:
- Science Impacting Diplomacy
- Diplomacy Impacting Science
- Innovation and Technology in Diplomacy
- Understand the personal, cultural views of yourself, other stakeholders when engaging in Science and Technology Diplomacy
- In-person Youth Summit: Selected participants from the online training will travel to Denmark to attend a conference.

Eligibility Criteria
- Citizens of Asia and Europe are eligible.
- Good knowledge of English.
- Currently working as a Research or Science Manager (Civil Society) or a Diplomat or Government Official (Government) in one of the eligible Asian and European Countries.
