The Cross-Culture Program is a fully funded exchange program that selects approximately 55–60 professionals and volunteers from 40 countries to build intercultural networks. Through the CCP fellowship, fellows broaden their expertise, build valuable networks, and develop effective communication and interaction skills with people from diverse cultural backgrounds. The German CrossCulture Program is a prominent cultural exchange initiative that aims to establish and strengthen long-lasting civil society networks between Germany and other partner nations. Eligibility Criteria
- The applicant must be 23 years old at the time of application.
- Good written and spoken English skills.
- The participant must have at least two years of professional experience or volunteer work in a civil society organization in the country of origin, which can be proved.
The CCP Fellowship will be awarded to people working in one of the following fields:
- Policy and society
- Media and Culture
- Human rights and peace
- Sustainable development and climate justice
