Eligibility Criteria

  • The scholarship is open to all nationals.
  • You can apply for the scholarship if you have been conditionally admitted to one of the 2-year regular TU Delft MSc programs.
  • Must have achieved good academic records in previous study programs.
  • Satisfy the Admission requirements.
  • A bachelor’s degree is required.
  • Proof of English Language proficiency is required.
    • A TOEFL iBT with an overall band score of at least 100.
    • An IELTS (academic version) with an overall Band score of at least 7.0. IELTS One Skill Retake Scheme is acceptable.
  • A GRE Test score is required for programs:
    • Aerospace Engineering
    • Computer & Embedded Systems Engineering
    • Computer Science
    • Data Science and Artificial Intelligence Technology.

English Language Test Exemption

No english proficiency test is required if you are:

  • National citizen of Australia, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, United Kingdom, or the U.S.A.
  • An applicant who obtained a bachelor’s degree in one of the aforementioned countries.

  • Original or certified copy of your bachelor’s degree.
  • If you haven’t graduated yet, then provide an original or certified copy of a certified statement from your university confirming the type of degree you will obtain.

Application Process for the MSc Application at TU Delft University

Applicants have to apply and submit the application first for the MSc program. After receiving the offer they can apply for the Justus & Louise Excellence Scholarships.
