The MTCP Scholarship is funded by the Malaysian Government and is dedicated to International students to undertake a Master’s Degree Program from Malaysian Universities. This scholarship is only for the September/October intake for the academic year of 2025/2026. Interested applicants must secure a place in a Malaysian public university before submitting the scholarship application. The duration of the MTCP scholarship is between 24 to 36 months. IELTS is not required if the applicant has completed a previous degree from an Institute where English is used as the medium of instruction. Eligibility Criteria
- The scholarship is open to Citizens of the MTCP recipient countries.
- An applicant must be a citizen of a developing country.
- The age of the applicant should not be more than Not more than 45 years at the time of application.
- An applicant must have completed a bachelor’s degree with a CGPA of 3.50
