This year, the summer school will take place at the Addis Ababa University, Ethiopia, from August 17 to August 30, 2025. The Duration of the Summer School is 14 Days (2 weeks). Theme of the Summer School
Theme: Aspiring to a Liveable Future- Youth-Led Transformation in the Polycrisis Era
The purpose of the Summer School is to inspire the new generation in Africa to tackle the most pressing issue of climate justice, with a particular focus on environmental and social justice within their communities.
Eligibility Criteria
- The Summer School is open to all Nationals.
- Possess an O-level certificate or the equivalent high school matriculation.
- Be between 18 and 35 years old at the time of application.
- Have fluency in one of the following languages: English, French, or Portuguese.
- Hold a valid passport (for applicants who are not Ethiopian).
