Who Organized Talk Talk Korea?

The competition is organized by the Korean Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism in collaboration with the Korean Culture and Information Service (KOCIS).

The competition is open to everyone, regardless of age, nationality, or experience level.

Categories of the Contest

The Talk Talk Korea contest has five different categories:

1. Promotion Video: Create a Cinematic Video or music video showcasing Korean Culture.
2. Art and Craft: Create various works that express Korea, such as illustrations, webtoons, hanbok making, calligraphy, etc
3. Motion Graphic: Create a visual storytelling video showcasing Korean culture using graphic work such as 3D, animation, and media art
4. Photo Book: Create storytelling content with 3 to 10 photos on the theme of Korea
5. Meme and Trend: create a short-form video creatively expressing Korean culture!

How to Apply for the Talk Talk Korea 2024?

The step-by-step application process:

1. Visit talktalkkorea.or.kr.
2. Choose a category in which you would like to participate.
3. Read the description, requirements, and submission guidelines.
4. Fill out the application form by clicking on the Participate.
5. You must sign up and log in before applying.
6. Artworks without titles or descriptions may be excluded from judging.

Conditions

• Participants can submit works in multiple categories.
• If you are applying in a Team, then only one team member can receive the invitation to Korea. Additional members can participate if they cover their expenses.
• Entries must be public. Private or partially private accounts and entries will be disqualified.
• Original work. Only works created after 2024 are eligible.
• Participants must ensure their works have no copyright issues. Ensure it has no copyright issues like using music or images. Resolve it before applying.
• Works created with external help or AI will be disqualified.
• If you win, you are responsible for paying any taxes.
• Prizes may be substituted due to delivery or other issues.
• Works must adhere to the contest theme and submission specifications.
• Participants under 14 must have legal guardian consent.
• If original music is used, include that information.
