The UCL Summer School lasts 7 weeks. The UCL Gatsby Summer School is open to Undergraduate, Graduate, Master’s, and PhD Students. There is no application fee, and the Program will run from 22 June to 7 August 2026. Participants in the fields of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) are encouraged to apply. The Objective of the UCL Gatsby Bridging Summer Program is to provide participants with a solid understanding of the mathematical foundation. During the Program, participants will attend lectures and actively participate in Problem-solving sessions in linear algebra, calculus, probability, and ordinary differential equations. Eligibility Criteria
- The Summer School is open to all the Nationals.
- Possess a keen interest in pursuing postgraduate research in Theoretical Neuroscience or Machine Learning.
- Currently enrolled in or have recently completed an undergraduate or Master’s degree.
- The degree must lack the mathematical training provided in the Programme Syllabus.
- If an undergraduate must be in the penultimate or final year of study.
- Applicants from low-income backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
