Why is it “Strategic”?

It’s called “Strategic Needs” because the curriculum isn’t fixed. If your country is currently struggling with illegal fishing, maritime boundary disputes, or climate change impacts on coastlines, the UN will customize your 4-month training to give you the specific tools to solve those problems.
